Need something to return? Sure! We design our products so you may enjoy life’s simple pleasure every day, so if they didn’t settle in quite right, you can always decide to make a return.

REFUND POLICY

Items purchased via the HOOGA webstore is strictly non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that exchanges due to Change of Mind are not allowed. Exchange requests are only applicable under the following conditions, and are subjected to HOOGA approval:

  1. Products with manufacturing defect
  2. Exchange request is only valid within 15 days of delivery date
  3. Products are in original packaging, with original tags intact

Please note that due to clearance and personal hygiene concerns, the following items are non–returnable and non-exchangeable:

  1. All towels
  2. All pillows, bolsters, quilts, mattress protector, mattress topper and cushions
  3. All candles
  4. All sleepwear(s)
  5. All sales / price markdown products

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To raise an exchange request, customer is to fill in a form via the Contact Form and provide the order number, reason for any returns and understand the return delivery charges that might incur. Please do not bring your products to HOOGA specialty stores for exchanges.

For products with manufacturing defects, HOOGA will inspect the condition of the returned products before proceeding to reimburse the relevant items within 14 working days of receiving your returned item/package or enquiry. HOOGA will cover the return charges or arrange for a pick-up service for direct exchanges.

HOOGA reserves all rights to reject any returns that do not meet all of the above-mentioned conditions. HOOGA will not be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit during the return journey to us.
