This Agreement is between you (“you” or “user”) and HOOGA pursuant to which HOOGA is prepared to grant you access to this Site. HOOGA reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time at its sole discretion, and your rights under this Agreement will be subject to the most current version of this Agreement posted on this page at the time of your use or purchase. If you do not agree with these terms of use, do not use this Site. This Agreement is in addition to your obligations and rights under the privacy policy posted on the Site. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Privacy Policy or other terms and conditions posted on the Site, this Agreement will control. HOOGA grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this Site and not to download or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of HOOGA. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of findinghooga.com or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. The Site or any portion of the Site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of HOOGA. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of HOOGA and its affiliates (including the parent company, “Affiliates”) without express written consent from HOOGA. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by HOOGA.

All pricings (in MYR/SGD) of products will be updated from time to time without prior notice and promotional factors.

GENERAL

By your continued use of this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms of Use and you agree to act in accordance with its terms and conditions and be bound by them. These Terms of Use shall not be altered or modified in any way without the prior written consent of HOOGA. If any part of this Agreement is found by any court to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that part shall be discounted and the rest of this agreement shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. HOOGA Loyalty Program

1. Anyone can join the membership for FREE without any prior purchase, upon creating a membership account on the e-loyalty program.

2. Customers must enter a valid email address and accurate birth date as these could not be changed* upon account creation. (*Members could submit a change request only via email to customerservice@findinghooga.com, which will take up to 7 working days to process.)

3. Upon creating a new account, members will find a $10 Welcome Voucher under the <MY REWARDS> section for their 1st purchase. The Welcome Voucher is valid for 1 month and applicable with minimum spending of $100 in a single transaction. This program is registered under Eadeco Pte. Ltd (200413885M)

4. Members will earn points with every purchase, $1 spent = 1 point. Collected points will be reflected in their account after each purchase.

5. Do note that points earned/redeemed will be instantly reflected. In any case where multiple points are earned, extra points will take up to 15 minutes to be reflected.

6. Accumulated points have a validity of 12 months. Expired points will be auto-deducted at the end of each month. A reminder will be sent via email to members at the start of every month regarding points near expiration.

7. Earned points will be retrieved by HOOGA during any transaction involving exchange/refund. Redeemed points utilised for rebates are non-refundable.

8. Upon meeting the minimum accumulated spending, Members will be auto-upgraded to the next membership tier. A refreshed tier upgrade with a validity of 12 months will also be auto-renewed.

9. Members are required to keep the minimum spending accumulation to maintain membership status in each tier. Membership tier will be downgraded in the case where minimum spending is not met.

10. A reminder will be sent via email to members close to membership tier downgrading on the 11th month.

11. Members in the Gold and Platinum Tier will receive a Birthday Voucher, $15 and $20 respectively, on the first day of their birthday month. This voucher is not applicable in conjunction with Gold Member’s Discount of 5% or Platinum Member’s Discount of 10%.

12. Kindly note that HOOGA membership is only applicable for in-store purchases at the moment.

13. This loyalty program guarantees a LIFETIME membership. In any case there is a lapse in purchase for the last 12 months, lapsed account will be auto-archived for another 12 months. Membership will be permanently deleted after 12 months.

14. By clicking SUBMIT to create a membership account, users agree to our administration, usage, and/or disclosure of personal data within necessary extents to process and perform campaigns, including but not limited to rewarding, marketing, and retargeting, for sole purposes of our loyalty program.

15. Members are able to alter their consent in receiving marketing materials, such as promotions, events, etc. via email/SMS anytime via the <PROFILE> section.

16. Members will receive updates via email/SMS for other account-related updates, such as point expiration, member tier upgrade notifications, and welcome vouchers, without given consent.

17. Members’ data will be shared whenever necessary via cautiously selected third-party companies (including relative entities and affiliates) for the provision of extended services; including transportation, catering, events, and online services such as emailing.

18. The Loyalty Program T&C is subject to revision at any time necessary. HOOGA reserves the right to notify members prior to activation of the revised terms and conditions.
