ORDERING
You can track your order status under “My Account”. An email confirmation will be sent out once your order has been shipped out.
We accept a variety of payments including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, American Express, Diners, Discover, AliPay, WeChat Pay, GrabPay, Pay Now.
Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
We cannot accept change or cancellation of order once it is in the shipping process/ transit to reach you. Do not visit any HOOGA stores to cancel your order placed. For further enquiries, please contact us via the Contact form.
HOOGA reserves all rights to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper affiliated authorities/ department in charged for further investigations.
There’s no online membership program at the moment. You may redeem your member points at your nearest HOOGA store

We only ship to Singapore address for the time being and HOOGA online commerce store only services within Singapore.
